The Logiss Solution: Roller Conveyors and Shuttles for Flour Bag Handling

To meet these needs, Logiss developed a customized solution consisting of heavy-duty motorized roller conveyors and an automated shuttle system for fast load transfer.

  1. Motorized Roller Conveyors
    The roller conveyor lines were designed to support heavy bags, with reinforced structures and calibrated drives to ensure smooth and consistent movement. Special attention to stability reduces vibrations and impacts, preserving load integrity and minimizing flour spillage.
  2. Automated Shuttles
    The shuttle system enables rapid and safe transfer of bags between different warehouse areas. Thanks to integrated sensors, the system detects loads and optimizes routes, preventing congestion and ensuring a continuous flow to the production lines.
  3. Integrated Control System
